Navigating the Helpcenter Agent Interface

The Help Center interface in 11 provides access to your AI agents, activity logs, and workspace content. This guide outlines the key UI elements and how to interact with the Helpcenter Agent to generate content or resolve issues.sssss

Main Navigation

The primary navigation menu on the left side of the screen allows you to access different areas of the platform:

  • AI Agents

  • Help Center (Active)

  • Inbox

  • Customers

  • Insights

  • Automation Tools

  • Showcase

At the bottom of this menu, you can also find links for What's new, Documentation, and Settings.

Help Center Menu

When the Help Center is selected, a secondary menu appears. Here you can access:

  • Helpcenter Agent: The main chat interface for interacting with your AI assistant.

  • Activity: A log of recent actions.

  • Workspace Folders & Articles: Access your existing content, such as the Security & Access Control folder or specific drafted articles.

  • Portal Settings: Located at the bottom of the menu, used for configuring your Help Center portal.

Interacting with the Helpcenter Agent

The main workspace displays the Helpcenter Agent chat interface. You can use this area to submit requests, such as drafting articles.

  • Starting a New Chat: Click the New Chat button in the top right corner to begin a fresh conversation.

  • Submitting Prompts: Use the input field at the bottom (labeled What should I do next?) to type your request. You can also attach files, such as images, to provide more context to the agent.

  • Handling Incomplete Responses: If your prompt is too brief or incomplete, the agent may not be able to finish drafting the response. In these cases, the agent will display its Reasoning time and prompt you to try again or rephrase your request with more detail.
